Pokémon – Here Comes Team Rocket! Holo #006/025 (25th Anniversary, JP) – CGC 9 Mint

If you’re looking for Pokémon cards with a strong sense of nostalgia, Here Comes Team Rocket! from the Japanese 25th Anniversary promotion is a striking choice. The Holo Trainer card combines the classic Team Rocket motif with a graded format, appealing to Collectors who want to seek out iconic cards from Pokémon history. Its Japanese release and CGC 9 Mint grade make it a distinctive collectible with strong recognition.

Anniversary series are often especially appealing when you're looking for a product with a clear connection to Pokémon history rather than a random card. This Here Comes Team Rocket! card draws on a familiar theme and presents it in a modern collectible format. If you're interested in anniversary cards, Team Rocket themes, or Japanese Promo releases, this is a great fit. With cards like these, the combination of theme, Language, and series matters much more than just the card name.

For many Pokémon fans, Team Rocket is one of those motifs that immediately stand out and stay in the memory. If you build your Collection around characters, factions, or iconic Trainer cards, this card is a natural addition. The Japanese edition has a particularly clean look and fits well into collections that deliberately focus on original-language versions. The familiar artwork also makes the card an eye-catching display piece in a cabinet or on a shelf.

The CGC 9 Mint grade is especially appealing to buyers who want to do more than just own their cards—they also want to document them properly. The card remains protected in its original CGC case and can be added directly to an organized Collection. For Collectors of graded Pokémon cards, this is convenient because the Condition and presentation are already clearly established. If you prefer buying verified single cards rather than assessing ungraded cards yourself, this is a very convenient format.

The card is especially appealing if you’re looking for classic Pokémon motifs in Japanese form. The Holo finish and familiar Team Rocket artwork give the card a distinctive character without relying on artificial effects. It fits well in a Collection built around historical characters, early Pokémon themes, or anniversary cards. With Japanese promotional cards in particular, the combination of artwork and Language is often key.

For Pokémon collections, Language is often an important part of the decision. If you collect Japanese Pokémon cards, you usually don't want an English mix in your Binders. That's why this card is a great fit for collections built around Japanese cards, where anniversary cards are kept neatly separate. The 25th Anniversary promotion also makes it easy to categorize by theme, since the card's context is clear. Collectors who sort carefully will appreciate how distinctive this card is.

Compared to ungraded cards, you get a verified Single Card with protected presentation. Compared to modern Promo or set cards, it feels more historical and thematically focused, which is often the real appeal for Collectors. If you want to buy a Pokémon card focused on Collection and presentation rather than play value, this format makes more sense than a Booster. That way, you can choose exactly the design you’re looking for.

This card is clearly made for collecting. If you’d rather open Boosters, other product types offer more excitement, but with a graded anniversary card, it’s all about making a deliberate choice. It’s not the classic format for a Sealed collection, but it’s a standout piece for a display case, archive, or character collection. If you like Team Rocket, Japanese promos, and graded Pokémon cards, this is a great choice.
