Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Returns and Return Shipping

For returns as well as for shipments that are not accepted, refused, undeliverable or not collected, we charge the return shipping costs and pass them on to the buyer.

Within Germany, return shipping costs amount to €6.90. For international shipments, the cost is €16.99.

The respective amount will be automatically deducted from the refund in case of reimbursement.

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

Shipping costs are €4.99.

International Deliveries:

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the order value (gross value of goods):

€15.99

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1–3 working days, and for international deliveries within 5–7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
