The product is new, factory-sealed, and sealed. This is the beta version of the Pre-Release Kit and not the regular retail Pre-Release Kit. A pre-constructed Starter Deck, a complete Booster Display, playmats, or other Accessories are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
