Right of withdrawal

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you received. Once the return has been accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

European Union – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@cardcusmos.com.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Information

If you financed this contract by means of a loan and subsequently withdraw from the contract, you will also no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit.

This is particularly assumed to be the case if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our involvement in connection with the financing.

If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender will assume our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return.

This does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments, such as securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives.

If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in respect of that agreement as well.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns and for shipments that are not accepted, refused, undeliverable, or not collected, we charge the costs of return shipping and pass these costs on to the buyer.

For returns within Germany, the return shipping costs are €4.99. For returns from abroad, the return shipping costs are €16.99.

In the event of a refund, the applicable amount will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
