Sometimes manufacturers or distributors reschedule the Release date at short notice. If this happens, we will of course inform you immediately by email about the new shipping date. Your order will remain secure.
With a preorder, you secure your desired products before they possibly sell out. Especially for limited editions and popular TCG releases, preorders are often the only way to be there right at the launch.
In 99.9% of all cases, we can fulfill every Preorder because we deliberately set our available quantities cautiously based only on guaranteed delivery commitments. If a manufacturer or distributor still delivers less stock, we will inform you immediately and offer you either a refund or – if available – a transfer to a similar product. Of course, you can cancel your Preorder at any time before shipping.
