Authenticity guarantee – Buy with confidence at cardcosmos
At cardcosmos, we source TCG products exclusively from official distributors and authorized wholesalers. Before shipping, we inspect every item for visible damage, intact seals, and clean packaging. This ensures you receive factory-sealed products in carefully checked Condition. If you have any questions or issues, our support team is here to help quickly and easily.
All pre-orders are shipped in time for the official Release date. Our goal is for you to receive your product right when the new set launches - it often even arrives on the release day.
Yes, that’s possible. Please note, however: if your order includes preorders, the entire order will be shipped together on the Release date. This saves you Shipping costs and ensures everything arrives safely in one package.
Sometimes manufacturers or distributors postpone the Release date at short notice. If that happens, we’ll of course notify you promptly by email of the new shipping date. Your order will remain safely in place.
With a preorder, you can secure the products you want before they potentially sell out. Especially for limited editions and popular TCG releases, preorders are often the only way to get them right at launch.
In 99.9% of cases, we can fulfill every Preorder, as we deliberately list only quantities backed by confirmed delivery commitments. If a manufacturer or distributor nevertheless delivers fewer items, we’ll notify you immediately and offer either a refund or, if available, a switch to a similar product. Of course, you can cancel your Preorder at any time before it ships.
